So yesterday marked exactly 2 months from my birthday. The goal is to lose 10lbs, which is definitely possible. I started the week off right with a run at Hains Point on Monday. I ran with a friend who runs faster and longer than me so it pushed me to keep going. I must do that more often. I am going to push for 3 times per week even if its on the treadmill. I have to gear up for the warm weather (spring is upon us).
Considering Monday was Valentine's Day and I had a lot of Hershey kisses, I will begin with Tuesday.
Tuesday, February 15
B-2 slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter
S-banana, almonds
L/D-grilled chicken, brown rice, green beans
S-2 Hershey kisses with almonds, fruit cup
Exercise: Kickboxing
