Today I had 2 great workouts...A weight training circuit with M&M and 40 min of cardio on the elliptical. Both worked up a sweat. Here is what i ate:
B-100 calorie bread with pnb (5), blueberries (1)
S-muscle milk light shake (2)
L1-turkey sausage with veggie medley (3)
L2-salad with beans, carrots, cucumbers, edememe (4)
D-chicken and shrimp, handful of blackberries/cottage cheese (6)
Points: 21
Exercise: Circuit (30), Elliptical (40)
Comments: That was a lot of food to stay within my points. Super!
Tomorrow: Cardio Kick (45), Early Morning Cardio (45)
