Comments: That cupcake was so yummy but I got to cut out the sweets especially if I didn't fit in exercise.

L-egg white omelet with tomato, spinach, light Swiss cheese
S-granola bar
D-tuna on slice of toast

Comments: The goal is to lift and do cardio this week and eat as clean as possible.
