Hello:

I am now entering food into Fitday.com to keep track of my foods. I will simply cut and paste the information on here so you can review. Remember, I am not the role model for healthy eating (just yet). You know I make my share of mistakes but I am getting better each day.

I am so sore from my workouts this past week. Mainly my legs from the quad workout on Sunday. We really did a lot (Barbell squats, hack squats, leg press, split leg lunges, step ups-4 sets of each) and since we were pyramiding, I went up in weight for most sets. I really need to take advantage of my strength and I know I wont be as sore as my legs get use to the extra load. Wasn't sure if I was going to make it through kickboxing yesterday but I made it happen. I was more sore afterwards but what the hell, I'm still alive. I think I am going to change my focus. The goal is still to lose weight (Original weight 147, down to 138) but to also get and look stronger. I did not drop weight last week but I do look more toned and have gotten some compliments recently. Muscle Magazine cover model....maybe! But I will definitely be ready for my high school reunion on June 17.
