So it looks like all my hard work this week has paid off. Down from 143 to 140. Did I tell you my motivation? Well I decided to complete a weight loss challenge with my cousins that will run until my birthday weekend (April 14). We have planned a trip to Flordia. The person who loses the least amount of weight during the challenge will be put on the wildest roller coaster at the amusement park or (if they love roller coasters) be placed on a kiddle ride with pictures being placed on Facebook. Now I hate rollercoasters. They scare me to death. Every time I think of skipping a workout or eating something totally wrong the anxiety builds up. I must win this challenge or at least come in second to save myself. One of my cousins have already lost 5lbs compared to my 3 but its cool. I can take her!!!! I know that's harsh cause she's family but I could have a heart attack on that ride. Here is the last couple of days:

Comments: OH MY GOODNESS. That was so hard but I felt super accomplished when it was done. I told my guy friend that I was going to try and do 6 since we had done 3 miles on Wed. I was super happy that I made it and called him to brag. He said, "Looks like I got some competition"!!! He also mention hiking...I'm definitely down!
You go girl!!! You can beat your cousins too! I'm sure of it. I don't like roller coasters either! So, I understand your anxiety!!!
