D-almonds, string cheese

B-oatmeal, string cheese
S-2 scoop of pnb
L-hummus, lettuce, carrots, whole wheat wrap
D-one slice of raisin toast with turkey
D2-fish, green beans
Exercise: 4 mile jog, Zumba
