Hello All,

I havent blogged since March 22 (7 days ago). I cannot recall the food I consumed and when but I have been on track. I can recall the workouts. Let's see.

Wednesday 3/23: Hamstrings with JV
Thursday 3/24: Kickboxing, Spinning
Friday 3/25: Cardio-WSC
Saturday 3/26: 3 mile run
Sunday 3/27: Quads with JV
Monday 3/28: Chest/Tri with JV, Spinning

I will log more regularly to keep you in the loop!!! More to come.

  2. True. I will do my best. I am also logging food into Fitday.com now so have to remember to do both.
