Recuperated

I thought I had a super strong immune system capable of fighting off cough and colds with ease. Boy, I was wrong. I am happy to say I have recuperated from my second cold. Both took me two to three weeks to fight off. Now I am ready to get back into the swing of things. Here is the last three days:

3/10/11
B-turkey bacon on wheat toast
S-peanut butter
L-salad
S-apple, 2 Hershey Kisses
D-baked fish, veggies
S-oatmeal
Exercise: Kickboxing

3/11/11
B-oatmeal, yogurt
S-cup of cottage cheese
L-ww wrap, hummus, lettuce, shredded carrots
S-trail mix, 1 Reese cup
D-Baked fish, brown rice, zucchini, strawberry mojito
Exercise: 45 cardio circuit (stepper, stepmill, elliptical), Group X class (15 cardio, 20 strength, 10 abs), extra upper body weights (30 min)

3/12/11
B-oatmeal
L-ww wrap with hummus, lettuce, shredded carrots
S-almonds, pickle
S-graham crackers
D-string cheese, sardines
Exercise: 40 min walk/run
