Wow, we are almost into March. I am glad I am focused now since summer is so close.
B-fiber one cereal with soy milk
S-banana, 2 spoons of pnb
L-100 cal bread with turkey/1 slice of swiss cheese
S-protein bar
D-whole wheat wrap with lettuce, turkey
S-1/2 cup of peas
Exercise: chest, shoulders, tri: Great workout but my arms were on fire. Cardio tomorrow.
Comments: People are starting to notice I lost weight. My pants are loose.
