Had a great workout today. Made it to the Ballys in PG. It was a great experience because A) I was on the step mill which I love and B) cause I had downloaded Couples Retreat on the ipod so I watched that while I worked out. It really distracted. What a great idea. Thanks Apple. I am not sure if you have seen the movie, but my inner marital couselor was just inching to make suggestions as they couples had their couple therapy sessions. Ummm. Career change? Maybe addition. Im loving the world of fitness too much to leave right now.
B-chicken breast with egg, 1/2 slice of swiss cheese
S-chocolate covered pretzels
L-2 mini rolls with turkey
S-1/2 mac chicken
D-protein bar, fruit cup
Exercise: 20 min step mill, 30 min elliptical (HR-145-170)
Last week:
Monday: Holiday
Tuesday: Cardio (kickboxing)
Wednesday: Chest, Tri, Shoulders (35 min) and Pilates
Thursday: 2.5 mile run
Friday: Total Body Weights
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 50 min cardio
Comment: Not bad for my first week back and I dont feel super overworked. I think that was nice balance. I missed a workout (back, biceps, legs) but I will add it in next week. Im off to a good start.
