-70: Friday, 2/19

Today was a good day as well. I havent had chocolate or candy in two days. Can you believe that? Here was my Friday:
B-Fiber one cereal with soy milk
S-1/2 cup of trail mix
S-1 slice of bread with 2 oz of tuna
L-turkey sandwich with 1 slice of swiss cheese on 100 cal bread
S-2 scoops of pnb
S-yogurt with strawberries
D-Smart One Dinner
Exercise: Total Body Weights-1.5 H
Comments: Yes, that seems like a lot of food but hey, Im growing. This was a good workout. I did 3 sets of lunges, DB squats, leg presses for legs and worked all my other muscle groups (bicep curls, shoulder presses, chest flies on the new pec deck, etc). Cardio is planned for tomorrow.
