-72: Wednesday, 2/17

You may have noticed the -72 in the corner next to the day. I am now counting down to May 1. I thought about using the first day of summer (June 21) as a reference but that is too far away to keep me motivated. Here is my yesterday:

B-oatmeal
S-2 spoons of pnb
L-large salad
D-1/2 whole wheat bagel with egg whites, 1/2 whole wheat bagel with pnb
Exercise: chest, triceps, shoulders workout plus Pilates
Comments: Pretty simple right. All in all a good day. The goal is to add more veggies.

-71: Thursday, 2/18
B-kaishi cereal and strawberries
L-turkey sandwich on 100 cal bread with slice of swiss cheese
S-fiber one cereal dry (R ya happy now?)
S-2 spoons of pnb
D-Smart One Dinner
S-Edamame
Exercise: Cardio (2.5 mile run-HR 145-160bpm)-35 min
Comments: Run was great. After about 15 minutes I felt my runnner's high forming. Using my new ipod was great motivation.
