-69, Sat 2/20
The days are quickly passing away. 69 days until May, which is just a little over 2 months and my birthday is right around the corner (April 14). I am focused now and will continue my journey and just see how far I get. I am not sure I will be big enough (have enough mass developed) by May for my Flex pics but we will see. Pics go in May, June and July so one of those months should be good for me.

Exercise: Rest Day: Sore from Friday
Comments: My legs/back are sore from Fridays workout. Plan to do cardio Sunday. That would mean 6 days of exercise. I like the new machine. It's great. I look powerful doing chest flies and the rear delt fly exercise had my upper back burning. Yippie
