Today is Day 82. Yes, I have skipped some days (just a couple). My weekend was a little rocky (dietary wise) and typically when I fall off the wagon I mystically forget what I have eaten. Convenient, right. I did workout on Saturday with Little Five and M.A but I had a sweet tooth. That cupcake from Friday was the culprit. Sugar is so addictive. So, the weekend is in the past. Here is Monday and today:
Monday:
B-raisin bran with soy milk
L-1/2 salad
S-1/2 salad
D-protein shake, trail mix
Exercise: None
Tuesday:
B-1 pk of oatmeal
S-trail mix
L-turkey on wheat bread
D-microwave packages of veggies/potato
S-scoop of pnb
Exercise: Squatastic Cardio Kick
Goal for this week: GET BACK TO LIFTING.
