Let's see.

Wednesday:
B-peanut butter on 100 cal bread
L-yam, broccoli, rot. chicken
S-sun chips
D-salad
S-cookie ;0
Exercise: Pilates "Plus"
Comment: Didnt eat too bad. But not sticking with the plan. I told you I was free styling it.


Thursday:
B-almonds and raisins
L-yam, broccoli, rot chicken
D-Georgia Brown's (shrimp, crab cake meat, spinach, mac and cheese, biscuit, water).
Exercise: Spin and Lift
Comment: Well, I did have water with my meal at the restaurant and I turned down dessert! Spin and Lift was good. My butt and legs are sore today, buddy!

  1. Well it's about time. Your lunch at Georgia Browns sounds yummy but you can do better!!! :) Spin and lift was INTENSE. Maybe I'll be able to walk normally by Monday..........

  2. Yeah, my booty was sore all Friday-Sunday. Geez. I guess I need to put them back into my routine.
