Chest: reps 10, 8, 6
Incline Chest Press (20lbs, 25lbs, 30lbs)
Smith Machine Bench Press (95lbs, 105lbs, 105lbs)
Pec Deck Machine (45lbs 50lbs, 55lbs)
Push-Ups to failure (15, 15, 15 reps)
