Yes, it's me...Im back again. I want to give this blogging thing a try once more. I will attempt to be consistent and post regularly (starting today). My goals are the same...lose weight/body fat and drop inches from my waist. Here's how the first couple of days went:
Monday:
B-Fruit salad/banana
S-peanuts
L-garden salad
S-trail mix, baby carrots
D-green bean casserole with chicken
No Exercise
Comments: Adjusting to eating less...only fruit, veggies and lean meats/fish
Tuesday:
B-apple, trail mix
L-salmon patty, green beans
S-salmon patty, fruit cup
D-sweet potato, kale, corn
Exercise: kickboxing and abs (45 min)
Okay, now that you have your foods down, you better incorporate exercise!
