Yesterday was a good day. I got my workout in early (6:30am) and therefore I had no excuses to make later in the day on why it wasnt completed. While I was lifting a member commented that he saw how I got my arms now (as I chest pressed the 20's). I have to keep things going since people are watching, huh? BTW: My chest and shoulders are really sore today. Almost cant lift my hands over my head. Oh well, thats what I get for taking a break.
I know, I know raisins for dinner...I was too lazy to get up and warm up anything...went to bed like 7:30pm. I am starting to get the hang of this "veggie/fruit/lean meat only diet". The key is to have things around that you can grab quickly.
Here's a summary:
B-fruit cup, trail mix
L-grilled chicken and mixed vegetables
S-apple
D-2 boxes of raisins
Exercise (Chest and Shoulders) + 10 min jog
Incline DB Press, Flat Bench DB Press, Chest Flies, Frontal Raises, Lateral Raises, Rear Delt Flies
(3 sets/ 12-20Reps)
