L-100 calorie thin bagel with turkey (5), 1 apple dessert (4)
S-pretzels, diet soda
D-100 calorie thin bagel with 1 slice of cheese (5)
S-chocolate (6)
Exercise: None

Comments: Alright so tomorrow is the big day...I start the workout routine provided by the magazine. I will make some adjustments to it but will follow their regimen for the most part. I still have to find my bikini.

Monday, May 3
B-string cheese, yogurt (4)
L-plain spinach, chicken pattie (2)
D-100 calorie bagel with 4 egg whites (5), coffee with splenda and cream (3)
Exercise: Plan to do shoulders after my presentation tonight and cardio if I can fit it in.

Comments: Eating that plan spinach was rough and 4 egg whites is alot to eat. My thesis is due today. Cant wait to put this time into working out. I bought a new dress today (size 6). Although it was pricey, I had to get it based on principle! It really makes me look slim in the waist. Had to have it. The ultimate goal is a size 4. Got some gold high heels to match. Splendid!

  1. You need to get a picture of you in it. I want to see!!!! I hate you for being able to wear a size 4. I remember those days!!!! I will get there, hopefully, by this summer!
