Exercise: 35 min (step mill (20) elliptical 15) and Pilates (30)
Comments: Couldnt force the cardio session I had planned. But overall good day. Went over points but I can use my extra 35, right. My shoulders are still sore from Tuesdays workout. Legs, triceps and biceps are feeling it. I am going to take it easy tomorrow and do a total body workout on Sat.
Sounds like a plan. About the 35 points -- you can use them but if you are trying to lose weight, you need to not use them or use very little of them. Way to go!!!
