L-brown rice, veggie patty, string cheese
S-cashews
D-swt potato, greens, 2 turkey meatballs

Exercise:
45 min cardio (3 mile jog)
Bootcamp with Joe (30 min)
Hard core Pilates (40)

  2. Yeah....well. I wasnt too hungry. But for the next 6 weeks I am going to stick to their diet plan. I will outline it in my next blog post.
