Day 27-Saturday 12/5
I understand that I have not provided a post since Friday. In my defense, I have been working on practice thesis and it is finally done. Hooray! Saturday I worked out with M & M and was able to make it and fro their home despite the blizzard. We did a strength training workout, which included alternating shoulder presses, lunges, curls, etc. I was glad to get a workout in before my HR class and continuing my work on my research. I ate:
B-2 veggie burgers on 100 calorie bread
S-protein bar
L-coffee with cream and splenda, lean cuisine, bite of pumpkin doughnut: I wanted the whole thing :(
D- Dont recall
Day 28-Sunday, 12/6
Busy day, no time for exercise.
B-turkey bacon, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of baked beans
B2-oatmeal with fruit
L/D-lean cusine
S-trail mix
Day 29-Monday 12/7
I had a great spinning workout today. I really challenged myself and the 4 guys who showed up to class. Where were you MW and MF? We did a lot of hills and sprints of hills and long intervals of jumps. It was great to get in exercise despite still working on my paper.
B-egg, cheese and bacon (yes, regular bacon) on wheat bread
S-cup of dry raisin bran
L-large salad with turkey and loads of veggies
S-diet Pepsi, baked lays
Now that I have a huge break from school, I can focus more on my workouts. No excuses for me!
Happy Birthday, MF. I am glad you didnt wake up with the need to use your cane on the first day of your 30's!
I'm glad to hear that you will not have any excuses concerning your working out. It will become my turn to give the excuses. LOL!!!
