Day 40-Friday 12/18
I was happy to get on the scale yesterday to learn that I was about a pound lighter. Wooohooo! I have 6 lbs to go. I can definitely do that. I didnt get in as much exercise as I planned but I did play basketball for about 40 minutes and worked on shoulders and triceps (I did biceps, and back the day before). I ate the following:
B-egg and cheese on 1 slice of wheat toast
L-large salad with turkey
S-handful of gold fish crackers
D-multigrain chips and salsa
I am really excited about working out now. I hope I can make it to the gym tomorrow despite the snow.
