Day 30-Tuesday 12/8:
I have been on this journey for 30 days now. Not like its a new one. I have been on fitness missions for many years now, but this is the first time I have shared it with a group and set a goal as high as this one. What progress have I made? Let's see. 1) I lost 4 lbs this month, which is not bad considering I did not stick to my workout regime as strictly as I should have. I also did not eat as "clean" as I had planned. 2) Clothing are beginning to fit a little loser and I was able to fit into my favorite business outfit for my job interview...Sweet. I bought it last year and it fit to the t, but I was about 5lbs lighter when I bought it. So, lets assume that I have lost some body fat as well. The plan for next month is to: 1) Stick to my exercise regime (3 days of lifting and at least 4 days of cardio). I will also eat cleaner (more veggies, more protein, less snacking). 3) Make it to 130. Currently at 137.5

Today (Tuesday) I taught kickboxing and did some abs. We had a good class, I think. I ate the following:
B-peanut butter and jelly sandwich
L-turkey burger on wheat toast
D-2 chicken wings, 3 spoons of potato salad (Blame it on my mom)
D (Dessert)-180 calories worth of mint chocolate chip ice cream, small piece of cake (smaller than my palm)
Comments: Yeah, food wise this was not the best day at all. But I was eating comfort food. I "let" myself do that, but will get it together soon.

Day 31-Wednesday 12/9

No exercise today. My eating was not up to par either. My first mistake was buying that peanut butter. Oh, its so addictive. I have been talking myself out of buying peanut butter for like a month and a half. Now, I have had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast for the last 3 days. In my defense, the sandwich I make is only 290 calories, but sometimes I sneak a extra spoon of peanut butter. Here was yesterday.
B-peanut butter and jelly sandwich
S-spoon of peanut butter
S-tortilla chips (290 calories)-I couldn't see the nutrition label from the vending machine, so not my fault, right?
L-meeting went over then taught Pilates (no time)
D-1/2 biscuit, wing and drumstick, about 10 fries (Popeye's)-I know I know and then I had a nerve to get a diet coke. Why make it worse, right.

I see better days coming!
