Day 38-Wednesday 12/16

Alright. I am on a mission again. I have 13 days to lose 7lbs. Ummmm. I can see what I can do to get as close as I can. 133 would be nice. Yesterday I didnt make it to the gym and was actually sad about it. I had planned to go at 3pm but was recruited instead to pick my mother up from Kaiser P and then begged not to go in the dark. Boo! I am going today for sure.

B-5 strips of turkey bacon, black beans (from can) and brown rice
L-more beans and brown rice (ate the whole can)
D-salad, baked catfish and mango
S-small bite of brownie (100 cal worth)

Plan for today: Lifting and cardio
