Well, I guess you are wondering where I have been since 12/21. Ummmm. I really dont have a good excuse, but let's just move forward from here. Thanks M/M for pressuring me to post. I need the motivation. I started off well on Monday, but dont quite remember what I consumed. I did teach spinning and a triple threat class (cardio, weights, abs). Here is yesterday...

Day 52- Tuesday 12/29
B-brown rice with raisins (yummy)
L-chicken wrap with carrots and ginger dressing
S-coffee, 25 cent bag of popcorn, 130 cal granola bar
D-1 veggie patty & fruit cup
Exercise: kickboxing

I will be consistently with my post from now on. I promise. I need to post the good and the bad. My weight today was 136. Luckily I got back down pretty quickly.
