L-whole wheat pita with veggies, sweet potato fries
S-1/2 cup of cool whip, 2 mint cookies
D-shredded wheat cereal
Exercise: Definitions (60), Boxing (60)
Comments: The classes were great. I love SCLA. I was so exhasted by the end of the boxing class and then the guy through a crazy combination (jab cross cross on the bag and a blurpie). Geez!
