-54: Tuesday 2/9
B-brown rice with raisins
S-peanut butter (1 scoop)
L-1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup of greens, 1/2 swt potato, mango
S-grilled chicken pattie
D-sardines
Exercise: Circuit (20), Elliptical (30)
Comments: Today was pretty good. I am glad a member reminded me of sardines because I didnt want to eat another can of chicken breast tonight. I can say that I wasnt hungry all day and I drank more water than usual. I also pushed myself to do that elliptical workout around 7:30pm. I was tired but I got it in. The plan for this week is to get in 4 cardio workouts (45 minutes or more) and 3 strength training workouts. The plan for Wednesday is: Pilates (45), Cardio (30), Weights-Chest, Triceps, Shoulders (30)

Weight: Hanging at 134
