-62: Monday, 3/1
Well it is finally March, not that I was waiting for it to arrive but its great to start a new month. I am still motivated, which is good and people are still telling me how great I look. I was 133.25 this morning so I managed to work off that crazy Saturday. Here was today:
B-100 cal bread with egg/chicken breast
S-kaishi shredded wheat dry
L-grilled chicken breast on wheat toast with lett, tomato, little mayo
S-protein bar
D-salad with 2 chicken nuggets
Exercise: None
Comments: Planned to workout but it didnt happen. Thought I would have finished my paper for class earlier, but I didnt. Tomorrow: kickboxing and upperbody weights.
Alright young lady, you better stop having these days of not working out. You must schedule it into your day!!! Now you are eating better, you are letting up on your workouts! Get going!!! :o)
