-49: Sunday 3/14
Well, Sunday wasn't too bad until I saw that they were selling girl scout cookies at church. You know I had to give back :). My mother and I shared the box (yes, I said the box). I am done with girl scout cookies. I got to be more organized on the weekends.

S-girl scout cookies
L-salad with (cucumbers, turkey, carrots, beans)
S-graham crackers
D-shredded wheat cereal with soy milk

Friday: Basketball, some weights
Saturday: 2 spin classes, weights
Sunday: Rest
So, I got in more weights than usual but not enough cardio. The goal this week is to get in 45 minutes of cardio at least 5 days during the week. I weighed in at 133, which means I lost a pound. Shooting for 2 this week. Oh, and I got my before pics back...not bad but I got to buckle down to get these abs/obliques together.
They were selling girl scout cookies at the store when I was going grocery shopping. I pretended not to see them. It worked! You are getting better and have come a long way from the beginning of all this. I'm proud of you!
