D-small turkey sandwich from Quizznos, propel
Exercise: 45 min of cardio (walk 2 laps, run 8) on the track. 11 laps=mile (30 minutes), 15 min elliptical
Comments: Running is tough. I feel so slow now. I got to step it up. Going for 3lbs this week.

Exercise: 45 min of Arc Trainer, 40 min of cardio kick/abs
Comments: My morning workout was awesome. I was actually having fun!
Now, now, when is exercise not FUN?????!!!! :o)
ReplyDeleteLol. When its on the Arc Trainer. Ask me in about 2wks if I am still using it. I get bored easily. My next thing is the stepmill. Can I watch tv and not fall off?
