Hello, I apologize to keep you anticipating my posts :). I got busy again but want to keep you involved. I see that these numbers are decreasing quickly. How did I get to 38 days until May. Wow. The goal continues to be to get to 125 and then gain muscle muscle mass to take pics since MF has been following me forever and I cant waste her time so I will try to send in pics in July. That gives me time right.

-40: Tuesday 2/23
I really dont remember what I ate but I did have a good Cardio Kick workout and did 45 min on the Arch Trainer at SCLA. I got off to a good start.


-39: Wednesday 2/24
B-shredded wheat with milk, string cheese
L-green beans
D-salad with edememe, cucumbers, carrots
S-fruit cup, trail mix
Exercise: Pilates (45)
Comments: A member commented that this was the toughest Pilates class he ever took with me. I knew I wasnt going to be able to workout again so I had to get in a good workout while I could. Too bad the group had to suffer :) I wanted to take Drew's class but had to draft something before I left. booooo

-38:Thursday 2/25
B-shredded wheat with milk, string cheese
S-blackberries, 4 Hershey kisses with almonds
L-green beans with sardines
D-banana nut Cheerios dry, popcorn
Exercise: None
Comments: I hate it when I let work/school interfere with my workouts. I really wanted to workout today. I will plan better the rest of the week

Plan:
Friday: total body strength and cardio
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: run at haines point
