S-goldfish crackers, diet coke
D-grilled chicken with broccoli, brown rice, corn
Exercise: Basketball (30), Weights (20)
Comments: I could have done without the goldfish crackers but I was hungry and had a taste for them. I should have done more exercise but I had appointments with It's About Time folks like all day. Oh well, as long as I am making a positive impact of the lives of our members.
