Day 10-Wednesday, 11/18

Have no fear, my post for yesterday is finally here :)

Although I have been watching my portions and turning down my favorite desserts, this week my exercise schedule has not been as good as last week. I have 3 days to make up for it. Yesterday I played basketball for about 40 minutes, but that was about it. In my defense, it has been a busy week. I am writing a paper, complied slides for the Healthy Holiday Eating seminar and worked on my survey for my research course. I need to schedule the exercise to make sure I get it done.

I ate:
B-protein bar (200 calories)
L-grilled ginger chicken sandwich from Cosi (450 calories)
S-protein bar (200 calories)
D-Total whole grain cereal with raisins (300 calories)

Comments: So you can tell I was grabbing food on the go. To many carbs. Where's the tuna? Ground turkey? I had more protein in my diet last week. I am sure the scale will show the difference in my efforts this week and last week but all is not lost. I see running on the schedule for tomorrow.
