Day 2
Today was a cardio day. I did 30 minutes on the stairmaster before kickboxing and kept my heart between 142-150bpm. I wanted to run and see how my foot held up, but I will try that another day. "All" the treadmills were being used. After my 30 min of cardio on the stepper I taught kickboxing for 30 min and did abs. Yippie! I burned over 500 cal. Super!

Today I ate:
B-2 egg whites, 2 strips of turkey bacon, 2 packs of instant grits with splenda (no butter)
S-2 more egg whites, 1 minature Snickers :)
L-salad with (lettuce, carrots, grilled chicken and fruit)
S-Cool Whip (6 tsps), 1/2 wrap with (turkey, lettuce, tomato)
D-3oz of tuna with lite mayo and relish on 100 cal wheat bread toasted

Comments:
I was impressed this morning that my legs werent too sore after the Smith Squats and lunges, but after the stairmaster and kickboxing they were silently screaming. I will skip the leg workout tomorrow and save it for Thursday. I plan to go to Ballys tomorrow despite the holiday. I think I can....I think I can.......
