Day 18-11/26
Happy Thanksgiving. I cant believe I am going to post and reveal my day, but I must keep this going. I think this is the longest I have ever recorded my food and exercise.
I dont think I ate too bad. It was a carby meal but I watched my portions. I nibbled on some dessert but really cut myself small pieces.
B-raisin bran with milk
L-chicken, mac and cheese, lite stuffing, green beans
S-diet snapple
S-small slither of pumpkin pie
S-small pc of pound cake
D-chicken with barbecue sauce, 1/2 of the 100 calorie bread
I really wanted to go to the gym, but didnt make it. Ballys and the universities gyms were closed. I could have driven to work but didnt. Mom thought I was crazy when I said I was leaving to workout. I will just double up tomorrow. I think it would be a good idea to buy dumbbells for the house (heavier ones). I was thinking of a set that went up to 20lbs. I can purchase those from Sports Authority just in case I cant get to the gym.
