Day 5
Today was a light day. I did a circuit training workout with a member of the fitness center and played about 40 minutes of basketball. I used moderate weights during the circuit.
Step Ups--10reps each leg/2 sets
Tricep Dips--2 sets of 12r
Bicep Curls-10lbs (15reps)
Lunges-2 sets of 10each leg
Upward rows--2 sets-10lbs
Alternating Frontal Raises-2 sets-10lbs
I feel like I should still lift tomorrow. I didnt target my back or chest and only did one exercise for triceps. I still dont feel ready to do another leg workout. They have been sore basically all week but with the stepper, spin class and that run I know why. My abs are sore from the ab workout yesterday but its a good sore, ya know!!!!I may go to Ballys tomorrow.
Food:
B-2 pk of grits (200 cal)
L-grilled chicken tortilla with lettuce, mango salsa and carrots
D-natural fruit/vegetable juice mixed in the Jack La Lalanne juicer (got to love him) and 1/2 turkey burger
S-whole wheat crackers
S-2 spoons of cake
Tomorrow: More abs, 60 min of cardio
