Day 6-Saturday 11/14

I worked out with my favorite fitness couple today. We did a strength training workout with some cardio bursts and abs. We completed exercises such as Squat and Press, Bicep Curls, Lunges, Alternating Frontal Raises and paired them with jacks and high knees for about an hour.

Later, I helped a friend move, which means I burned more calories. I put on my heart rate monitor and was happy to learn that I burned an additional 320 calories from loading and unloading the car at both locations. That's awesome.

Food:
B-Yogurt Peanut Balance protein bar (200cal)-I finally found one I really like. They were on sale...Bought 8
L-Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mustard and a squirt of mayo, diet coke
S-pretzels (180 cal)
D-cup of salad, 3 oz of baked fish, 1/2 cup of yellow rice, 1/2 shared pretzel
S-1 cup of frozen lite cool whip (ummmm taste like ice cream :)

Comments: How do I feel on day 6? I feel good. I think I had a pretty good week. I got my workouts in and watched my portions. I think Im off to a great start. Congrats to Melissa W. for moving closer to her weight loss goal!!!!
