Day 12, 13, 14

I have gotten behind on my post, therefore this is my attempt to recap the last couple of days. I will also give you a summary of last week.

Exercise: I played basketball for about an 35 minutes on Friday, but that was it for exercise. I did not do any structured workouts Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Oh no! The week did not go as planned but next week looks promising. The goal is to get in 4 cardio workouts, which includes 2 runs as well as 3 strength training workouts. I have two papers due on Monday so after they leave my hands, I will have more time to focus on exercise. One mistake I made this week is not scheduling exercise. When life gets busy and exercise activities are not scheduled into your day, you are likely not to make time for fitness. Remember to make time even if its only 30 minutes.

Eating:
Friday:
B-100 calorie wheat bread with turkey sausage
S-protein bar
L-smart one dinner (rice, chicken, veggies)
S-pretzels, Weight Watchers yogurt
D-turkey burger on 100 calorie wheat bread

Saturday:
B-100 calorie wheat bread with turkey sausage
S-1/2 brownie (210 calories)
L-turkey burger on wheat bread
S-pretzels, coffee
D-I think I forgot to eat while up typing my paper

Sunday:
B-protein bar
Brunch-1 egg roll, 1 piece of french toast, egg, 1/2 cup grits
S-1/2 brownie (I shouldn't have tasted it yesterday)
S-pretzels with raisins, crystal lite
D-coffee, more pretzels

Comments: Who knew I could eat so many pretzels but they were on sale so I bought to large bags. They are low fat and low sodium but not calorie free so I will watch my portions closer next week. I am too lazy to cook right now so dinner may be out of the question. I wonder what the scale will say tomorrow with the lack of exercise. We will see. By the way that brownie was so good. Sugar is so addictive.
