Day 56-Tuesday, January 5
Let's see. Tuesday was a good day. I didn't get to snack because I was so busy with the new team and the transition. I did teach kickboxing. I think we got a good workout. I ate the following:
B-2 Packs of Grits
L-Lean Cuisine
D-brown rice, chicken breast
S-banana
S-almonds with coco powder
