Day 65: Thursday, January 14
Well, I didnt get to workout this morning or evening so I will consider today a rest day. I think I needed one anyway. I am still sore from Tuesday's workout. I plan to lift and do cardio tomorrow. I went to Garet's Happy Hour but didnt eat too bad at all. The strategy was feeling up on veggies first. I had the following:
B-2 packs of oatmeal
L-1/2 salad with turkey
S-almonds with coco powder
D-6 oz of chicken, cucumber slices, carrot slices, about 12 tortilla chips, about 3 teaspoons of veggie dip, 1/2 turkey egg roll, 1 coca-cola
Exercise None: Plan for tomorrow: Spin and Run
The going away party was a test--and you passed with flying colors!! Good for you. Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteOh, I forgot that I had a coca-cola, but I only ate 1/2 of my salad for lunch so that makes up for that. You know I was starving by the time I got the the party but the fact they had those tiny plates helped alot. Not serving desert was the icing on the cake :)
ReplyDeleteNow, you know you are suppose to eat before you go to a party. That way you don't get tempted. You are stronger than me. I think I would've needed something to munch on! Meaning something high in calories!! You are too good and that's why you are my role model!!!!
