Day 70: Wednesday, 1/20
First of all, let me say that I cant believe I have been blogging for 70 days. On the positive side, its great that I have been checking-in and sharing my information with you for an extended period of time, but I must admit that I have not made the significant changes that I would have wished for within this time. Yes, I have lost 6.5lbs, which is good. I just need to keep going. By the 3 month mark I hope to have lost another 9lbs.
Today I did 30 min of cardio on the stairmaster and 25 min on the elliptical. I am pleased with working out today. Generally when I have class/readings I push my workouts to the side but I am making a conscious effort to balance my schedule. Planning is the key.
I ate the following: Good Day for ME!
B-2 pks of high fiber oatmeal
L-1/2 chicken mango salsa wrap
S-2 spoons of pnb
S-banana, carrots/celery
D-100 calorie bread with turkey pattie
Plan for tomorrow: walk/run (morning), weight training (evening)
