It's was 10:53pm. Angela was on her way to bed after a very long day.........Fitness center at 6am, trip to Falls Church VA for training, training all day, back to DC, class from 6:30 to 10. I was going to sleep without posting but I didnt want to disappoint anyone. God forbid you actually look forward to my daily reports If so, here we go...

Day 76: Tuesday, 1/25
B-2pks of grits
S-protein shake (muscle milk light)
S-1/2 cup of sweet potato
L-salad
S-2 spoons of pnb
D-mixed vegetables in herb sauce
Exercise: Cardio Kick-Squat Galore!
Comments: The protein shake was tasty and provided 20 grams of fat for 160 calories. It actually made me full for about 3 hours...That and the sweet potato (non-instant). Kickboxing was fun :)

Day 77: Wednesday, 1/26
B-oatmeal with fruit, protein bar
S-fruit, 1/2 cup of granola
L-chicken breast, brown rice, broccoli
S-trail mix
D-turkey sandwich, cranraisins
S-2 pnb crackers
Exercise: No Time
Comments: I think I did well considering I was in training and offered different food options. We could buy anything we wanted for lunch in the cafeteria and I didnt go for unhealthy items. I also passed up muffins. Go me!
