Day 75: Monday 1/25

B--1 pk of oatmeal
S-protein shake
L-salad w/cucumbers, brussel sprouts, tomatoes, etc.
S-1 mini bagel with pnb, 10 grapes, 1/2 apple
D-3 oz turkey sausage, hard boiled egg
S-blueberries, almonds
D2-4 pc nugget, 1/2 small vanilla milkshake (Mom's Idea-Hungry after class)
Exercise: 15 spin, 15 abs
Comments: well I made good choices minus the shake but my mother and I shared it. I was tempted to get my own but resisted. I weighed in at 134.5, which is the lowest since my challenge. My focus now is to add the muscle I need to look more defined, which means I need to eat and get enough protein. I am determined to make it to 130 as well. Here we go!
