Happy New Year Everyone! It is always exciting to begin a new year. New goals, New plans, New Results! This year I plan to finally reach all my fitness goals....Reach 125, Find my six pack, Send pictures to at least 1 magazine (and make it in one perhaps). I will make being on the cover a goal for next year :) Here is how I plan to reach my goals:

1) Cardio: I plan to do 5 cardio workouts of 45 minutes or more. They will include at least 2 runs
2) Weight Training: I plan to complete a weight training workout at least 4 times per week and focus on lifting intensely
3) Eat Clean: Watch the bread and sugar and the portions. I really dont have to eat as much as I was when the goal was to gain muscle. Its difficult to lose weight and train to gain at the same time. I will focus on the weight loss/get lean program first and then see how much muscle I need.

Here is what I ate yesterday: Yeah, not a balanced day
sunflower seeds and raisins
chocolate covered pretzels
Burrito (beans, chicken, rice), diet coke
ginger cookies

Exercise: 45 min treadmill interval (w/Fred)-He was the only Spin Participant plus Yogalates

I'll BE STRONG AS MEN IN 2010!
