Hello All. I am proud of the end of my fitness week and I am happy to share it with you. We will see what the scale says on Monday morning, but my workouts felt good despite what it says. I will recap my weekend for you:

Day 72: Friday, 1/22
B-sweet potato (instant)
L-salad
S-2 teaspoons of pnb, 4 whole wheat crackers
D-turkey burger on 100 calorie bread
Exercise: 20 min of basketball, 20 min of spinning
Comments: I will put a "real" potato in the microwave next time. I was just a little curious while I was in the grocery store looking for new and exciting healthy items to eat. I will go back to the natural way. The turkey burger was awesome and very filling!

Day 73: Saturday, 1/23
B-brown rice with raisins
S-1 chocolate shortbread cookie, coffee
S-tea with peppermint, granola
L-"Skinny" Turkey Sandwich (Potbelly's)
D-100 calorie whole wheat bread with pnb
Exercise: 30 min boxing, 30 min Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Workout DVD, 40 min walk/run with Little Five
(450 calories)
Comments: I, Angela Johnson, exercised outside in 40 degree weather. What an accomplishment. It was fun. Thanks, Little Five for agreeing to the madness. The Cheerleading Workout was fun and more difficult than I thought it wouuld be (well at least the cardio part of it). The strength training part was not as strenenous. We lift more than 5lbs around here dont we ladies!!! If not, get to it.

Day 74: Sunday, 1/24
B-oatmeal with raisins, apple pieces
S-4 whole wheat crackers, 1/2 Kit Kat
L-small cheese and bean roll (7-eleven)
D-egg whites flatbread sandwich with turkey sausage (280 cal, 6 gram fat, 19g protein)
S-1/2banana, 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple, soy milk
Exercise: 45 min of elliptical (450 calories)
Comments: I went to the gym on a Sunday. How awesome. My mom biked and watched a bowling tournament while I was on the elliptical. Aww Family Time!

Off to a new and exciting week!!!!!
