Day 69: Tuesday, 1/19

I think we had a good kickboxing class today. I was sure sweating. I had one of my best and most painful strength training workouts ever. I bench pressed 80lbs (10 reps, 3 sets), leg pressed at 135 instead of 110 and upped by numbers on the leg extension. At some points I asked myself, "Why am I doing this?" But I snapped out of it and kept going.

I ate the following:
B-turkey burger pattie on 100 calorie bread
L-1/2 garden salad with turkey
S-blueberries
S-carrot/celery sticks with 1 scoop of pnbutter
D-1/2 garden salad with turkey
S-pc of of cake 2x2 (Mom Had it-Couldnt Resist

Exercise: Kickboxing/Abs (40), Weight Training (45)
Tomorrow: Walk/Run (60), Pilates (45)
