Day 62, Monday 1/11

Picture me in Ballys taking in the scene. I was shocked to see how many people were sweating, lifting, crunching and pressing. It was great to see the enthusiasm. I was impressed with myself as well. I was there taking an Extended Cycle Class (90 minutes) and had already done 45 min of cardio in the morning (1/2 with M and M) as they listened to me distract myself with the gossip of US Weekly magazine. I did abs at Ballys as well. Ouch.

I was also excited to hear a complement I received from a past member. He asked me how much weight I had lost and commented that I had gotten a lot leaner since I began working at the club. He told me that it was inspiring....Awwww. I was touched. Last week a member who said she hadnt worked out with me in 2 years told me that I looked great. She said that she could definitely tell I had lost weight. So, these comments plus the 2 I had received the previous week are great for my willpower. Thanks for the comment MW about getting back on track. It's always important to climb right back on the saddle. The good thing about the blog is the consistency that it encourages. Before I would start over Monday after Monday. Now a) I know i have to record everything and b) I enjoy seeing the number of days I have been in the struggle, which reminds me to keep going. I see my ripped abs poking out as we speak.

Monday I ate the following:
B-160 cal Atkins bar
S-orange, brown rice with raisins
L-small salad from quizznos
D-chicken sammie from quizznos
S-almonds, spoon of peanut butter

Exercise Plan for Tuesday: walk run (5 miles)
