Day 60: Saturday, January 9
I had clients today and was able to squeeze in a step class. I had an enjoyable workout, which was enhanced by the two high fives I got from the instructor for knowing my stuff. I maintained a good heart heart (145 or above) and got a good sweat going on. I haven't taught step in awhile so the first 10 minutes was kind of exhausting, but once my blood got pumping I felt like I could step forever (can you sense the exaggeration).
I ate the following:
B-coffee, on shortbread cookie with dark chocolate (from my client)
B2: oatmeal
S-160 cal. protein bar
L-salad with lettuce, tomato, beans, artificial crab meat, cheese, vinaigrette
D-whole wheat pasta, ground turkey and tomato sauce
S-peanut butter on 100 cal mini bagel
Day 61: Sunday, January 10
Today was family day. I visited my aunt, shopped with my mother and had chicken nuggets with my aunt and baby cousins, which means I ate more than I should have. I will attempt to remember it all:
B-oatmeal
S-2 hard boiled eggs
L-carrots, bland mash potatoes, pot roast
S-pringles
D-tuna melt, coffee, 2 bites of one doughnut, 1/2 of another
S-1 mini bagel with peanut butter
I had planned to run on the track but got caught up in family day. The snacking got me in trouble.
Keep up the good work. Even though you may stumble sometimes, you always get back on track!
