Day 68: Sunday, 1/17
I didnt make it the gym today, but didnt eat poorly either. I know that dinner sounds weird but it was not that bad. I havent had black eyed peas in a while.
B-brown rice w/raisins
L-lean cuisine
D-black eyed peas, chicken breast

Day 69: Monday, 1/18
I went to the Prince George's Plaza Ballys today. I am really proud that I talked myself into going. I took a tough 45 min spin class, which was awesome and I really "got my sweat on". After class I saw a machine that look interesting. It was called the Joseph Climber. You basically had to climb uphill as and grabbing hold of these rolling bars. I think I sweating more on that thing than I have in my life. Maybe Im exaggerating but it was super intense. I vowed to at least get 10 minutes in and I succeeded, but I was dripping when I got done. I want to go back for more. The machine said I climbed 600 feet and that I burned 100 calories. Alright! I liked the sense of adventure although I wasnt too far of the ground. I start this school this week, but I will try to keep up is the say diligence this week. Here's the plan for this week:

M-spinning, Joseph Climber (55 min)
T-45 min kick and abs(lunch) 30 min weight training/30 min cardio (evening)
W-45 min walk/run, Pilates
Th-45 min bike, weight training
F-45 min walk/run, 20 min basketball, 20 min bike
S-weight training
S-Rest
Now, its a little ambitious but I think I can pull it off.

Today I ate:
B-1 pk of instant grits with soy milk, 1 turkey sausage, 1 egg
L-Bourbon chicken, green beans, 1.5 cup of lo mien, roll
S-3 mini cookies
S-blueberries, pineapple, soy milk

On to tomorrow!

  1. Your food intake was not that bad. I had steak and salad on Friday and Monday. We did have a home made hamburger on Sunday. I ate oatmeal for breakfast each day. I don't think I did too bad myself. I did have 2 oreo cookies for a snack each day and some animal crackers. I could've done worse. You are rubbing off on me!!! :o)

  2. Steak and Salad sounds good and you know I like oatmeal. I am glad I am rubbing off on ya. Congrats on your 2lb lost.
